Slip Joint

  • The steel facings are roll formed to produce a male/female interlocking joint.
  • A large point of contact between the insulation in adjoining panels reduces thermal conductivity.
  • Excellent temperature control.
  • Fast and easy installation saving labour costs during construction.
  • The interlocking design creates a tight, secure connection between panels. This enhances the overall structural integrity of the panel system.
  • The joint helps to create a continuous airtight barrier.
  • Clean and finished appearance.
  • Cover width range: 200mm – 1150mm.
Clip Joint

Clip Joint

  • The roll formed clip joint comes with a separate clip which is hammered into two adjoining panels, firmly pulling, and locking them together.
  • Clips act as a mechanical fixing between panels, creating a strong and stable panel system.
  • No specialised tools required for installation.
  • Easy to demount single panel within a system. Allows for a single damaged panel to be easily replaced without disrupting the rest of the panels in the system.
  • Fast and easy installation saving labour costs during construction.
  • Clips ensure a tight seal between panels, resulting in good contact between adjoining panels, reducing thermal conductivity.
  • Cover width range: 200mm – 1150mm.
Return edge

Return Edge

  • Where no joint is required, we offer a return edge – a roll formed 90° angled edge down the length of the panel.
  • The return edge adds to the rigidity and strength of the panel.
  • Ideal for infills and repairs.
  • Cover width range: 150mm – 1220mm.
tongue and groove

Tongue and Groove Joint

  • The steel facings are roll formed to produce a 90° angled edge down the length of the panel.
  • The insulation between panels is interlocked using a ‘tongue’ to reduce thermal bridging.
  • Extremely easy to install.
  • Ideal for panel system repairs and retrofits as the tongue and groove can be used to tie into the current system.
  • Cover width range: 150mm – 1220mm.
